From Call Center to CEO
My path into this industry wasn’t planned. Years ago, I was working in a call center in customer service. I felt stuck. I knew I wasn’t reaching my full potential. That’s when two friends and I decided to start a window and gutter cleaning business. We knocked on doors, worked hard, and stayed committed. That simple beginning turned into Clear Ottawa Windows, a company I’m incredibly proud of.

My Background and Education
I have a strong academic background. I hold an Honours degree in Political Studies, a Bachelor in Social Studies, a minor in Religious Studies, another Honours degree in Sociology, and a Master’s in Conflict Studies. I’ve also worked in several industries before this one, including painting, roofing, and customer service.
We carry $6 million in liability insurance for commercial clients and $5 million for our vehicles, so our clients know they’re in safe hands.
Achievements and Clients
I’ve had the chance to serve some amazing clients like the British High Commission, the Canadian Space Agency, EQ Homes, Mattamy Homes, CMG, Sleepwell, Sentinel, and over a dozen embassies in the Ottawa area. Clear Ottawa Windows has also been recognized as one of the best by HomeStars and ThreeBestRated.
I’m proud of what we’ve built. I’m especially proud that my wife, my daughter, and I have knocked on over 40,000 doors in Ottawa. We’ve built a business that gives people real opportunities, and that’s something that matters deeply to me.
My Values and Work Style
At the heart of everything I do is integrity. I value safety, quality, and efficiency. I believe in doing the right thing, the right way. I care about the people we serve and the work we do. My approach is simple: treat every home like it’s your own and give every client peace of mind.
One of the things that makes us different is our complimentary window and gutter inspection. More than 70 percent of new clients have gutter issues they didn’t know about. These problems can lead to major damage like roof leaks or foundation cracks. By catching them early, we help protect homes and save our clients money.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, playing chess, volunteering, and attending church. I’m also a big Ottawa Senators fan. I love learning new things and meeting new people.
