Hi, I’m Ruth Dorsainville-Hulse, and I serve as the Chief Operating Officer here at Clear Ottawa. I also lead our Human Resources and Marketing teams. I follow my intuition with every decision I make, and I believe that when your path is aligned with purpose, success naturally follows.
My Journey So Far
My background spans more than 20 years in recruitment and entrepreneurship, and over 10 years in marketing. I’ve built businesses from scratch and sold them successfully. One of my proudest achievements was growing a company from just me to over 1,440 offices worldwide.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to work with Fortune 10 clients and have been featured in publications like New York Magazine, MarketWatch, and Disrupt Magazine. These experiences shaped my approach and helped me become a leader who builds other leaders.

My Background and Education
I’ve earned a Harvard Graduate Certificate in Psychology, a Diploma in Human Resources, and I’m a certified recruiter and certified hypnotherapist. I believe in lifelong learning, and I’m always pushing myself to grow as a person and as a professional.

What I Love
Outside of work, I stay active. I love to play basketball, tennis, and golf, and I never miss a chance to hit the gym. Equality is a cause I care deeply about, and I bring that value into both my professional and personal life.
